This is just a friendly reminder to all the residents to slow down in the garage. There have been a few reports of speeding, and we've posted signs to help remind everyone.

Inman Park Community Yard Sale

On November 13th and 14th, there will be a swarm of people scooping up deals for a community-wide (Inman Park) yard sale. If you have some items you'd like to sell, join a group of residents out on the sidewalk of 870 Inman.
The planned times are 9am-3pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Unusual Odor in Ground Level Hallways

Elevator Problems Resolved

Otis came out and fixed the elevator after only 30 minutes of getting a call from Kristy, the Property Manager. It is operating normally now.

The elevator on the Northern (Highland Ave.) side of the building is currently out of order. Otis will be looking at it soon. We apologize for any delays you may experience.
